Construction of a new 12 story hotel with standard amenities and includes a bar and restaurant with an outdoor patio on the 12th floor called Vue.

The Chauncey is a mixed-use building located in downtown Iowa City. The building will house 3 movie theaters, a 12 lane bowling facility, restaurant, offices, hotel, and residential units. The complex concrete structure is almost complete and we will begin the steel structure in early December of this year. The project has milestone completion dates scheduled in 2019.

Construction of a new high school of approximately 263,000 sq. ft. designed to initially serve up to 1,000 students, with future expansion capabilities to accommodate 1,500 students. Work includes site development, civil, architectural, structural, and mechanical and electrical systems. The multi-level building will include masonry, precast concrete and steel construction with aluminum window systems and a membrane roof assembly.
