One University Place

This mixed-use development in University Heights includes two buildings that combine commercial, residential, and structured parking within a compact site. The street-facing building features ground-level commercial space with housing above and parking below, creating a neighborhood-scale destination for daily activity. A second five-story condominium building provides additional residential units along with shared amenities such as a fitness center and community room. Extensive site work and traffic improvements were completed to support the development while integrating it into the surrounding neighborhood.
