United Fire Group Addition

This project included a multi-story building addition and extensive renovations to support United Fire Group’s continued growth in downtown Cedar Rapids. The work added new office space while improving connectivity between existing buildings, including lower-level parking and structural upgrades to the original facility. Construction required careful coordination in a tight urban site, with specialized foundation solutions used to support both new and existing structures. The completed expansion strengthens UFG’s downtown campus and provides modern, efficient workspace for its growing team.
