The Chauncey

The Chauncey is a 15-story mixed-use development in downtown Iowa City that brings residential, hospitality, entertainment, and commercial spaces together in one landmark building. The lower levels include parking, a main lobby, theaters, dining, and entertainment venues, while upper floors house hotel accommodations, offices, and condominium residences.
