Shelter House

Providing Stability Through Permanent Supportive Housing

This 14,300 SF facility was developed through collaboration among local non-profit, healthcare, and government agencies to help break the cycle of chronic homelessness. The program combines 24 one-bedroom apartments with shared community spaces and access to on-site social and health resources. Designed for dignity, safety, and autonomy, the building provides residents with permanent housing and supportive care in a welcoming, neighborhood setting. Durable materials, high-efficiency systems, and rooftop solar panels reinforce long-term sustainability and operational efficiency.
