This project renovated an existing office space to support flexible work, collaboration, and long-term efficiency. The updated layout prioritizes shared work areas while also incorporating private rooms, wellness space, and support areas to meet a range of daily needs. System upgrades improved overall building performance, including the installation of a high-efficiency mechanical system. The renovation also emphasized material reuse and durability, resulting in a functional, modern workplace that supports both team interaction and focused work.
