Linn-Mar Performance Center

This project delivered a new performance center for the Linn-Mar Community School District designed to support large gatherings, events, and performances. The facility includes a spacious performance hall with seating for 1,200 guests, a large stage, and fully ADA-accessible seating options on both the main floor and balcony. Supporting spaces include offices, meeting rooms, a board room, restrooms, and mechanical and storage areas. Built with durable materials and modern systems, the new center provides an inclusive, flexible venue for school and community use.
