Iowa City Church of Christ

This project replaced a church building lost to fire with a new 10,715 SF wood-frame facility and a 1,400 SF walk-out lower-level storage area. The design reused existing site services, including septic, well, and parking, to maximize efficiency and cost savings. A drive-up drop-off canopy at the main entrance was included as an alternate feature. The new facility provides a welcoming and functional space for the congregation to gather and grow.
